本文从房地产的二重性——消费属性和投资属性入手,分析了当前房地产调控政策存在的问题和成因,并对对房地产市场的宏观调控提出了一些政策建议。
This article starts with the duality of real estate - consumption attributes and investment attributes, analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current real estate regulation and control policies, and puts forward some policy suggestions on the macro regulation and control of the real estate market.
