十一届三中全会以后,改革的开放,带动了我国经济的腾飞,尤其是市场化经济逐步完善的今天,经济的发展更是带动了我国建筑行业的发展。其中建筑经济的成本管理是否合理不仅关系着整个行业的经济是否能够得到健康、有顺的发展,更关系着我国的整个经济体系是否能够快速的发展。然而在建筑行业的发展过程中,也出现了很多问题,尤其是在建筑企业的经济成本管理方面,文章对建筑经济成本管理存在的问题进行了分析,也对出现问题应该采取的措施进行了说明,希望能够帮助建筑企业科学合理地进行经济成本管理。
