西江农场建场53年,连续种蔗已近20年,但单产均徘徊在5吨左右。农垦为把甘蔗农场蔗糖产业做大做强,要求农场加强对原料蔗基地管理,农场采取了一系列优惠政策和栽培管理措施,2006年实现了甘蔗高产、蔗农增效的效果,单产、总产均创农场历史新高,是农垦国有甘蔗农场其中的一个例子。本文就此经验作分析总结,以供探讨。
Xijiang farm built 53 years, continuous planting of sugarcane has been nearly 20 years, but yields are hovering around 5 tons. In order to enlarge and strengthen the sugar industry in sugarcane farm, Nongken requires the farmer to strengthen the management of the raw material cane base. The farm has adopted a series of preferential policies and cultivation management measures. In 2006, it achieved the effect of high output of sugarcane and synergism of sugarcane farmers. Both have a record high farm history and are one of the examples of the state-owned sugar cane farms. This article analyzes and summarizes this experience for discussion.
