北京中阿公社耕地面积共六万亩,主要作物有小麦、玉米、水稻等。近年来通过大力平整土地,扩大灌漑面积,逐步建設旱涝保收基本农田。在此基础上,运用科学实驗成果,貫彻增产技术措施,做出作物增产样板。1963年以来,中国农业科学院駐中阿公社工作組,在公社管理委員会的領导下,和公社农业科的技术人員协作,針对化学肥料的經济施用,特別是磷素化肥的因地因土施用問題,进行了多点試驗,証明在公社低产土壤上施用磷肥能显著增产。因而将这一技术措施納入到主要作物的样板田中,提高了
