偏头痛为一常见病,常反复发作,经久不愈。传统用麦角胺治疗有效,但易引起恶心呕吐、肌肉疼痛及末稍缺血等副作用。笔者用异搏定治疗本病21例,随访1年以上,疗效较明显,报道如下.病例选择 ①有反复发作性偏头痛病史;②体检与神经系统检查(包括眼底检查)均为阴性;③心电及脑电图检查正常;④排除其它有关疾病引起的头痛。临床资料 21例均为门诊患者,男7例,女14
Migraine as a common disease, often repeated attacks, prolonged healing. The traditional treatment with ergotamine effective, but easy to cause nausea and vomiting, muscle pain and ischemia and other side effects. The author with verapamil in the treatment of 21 cases of disease, follow-up more than 1 year, the curative effect is more obvious, reported as follows. Case selection ① have recurrent migraine history; ② physical examination and neurological examination (including fundus examination) were negative; ③ ECG and normal EEG check; ④ rule out other headaches caused by the disease.
