能耗调查的起因以及目的重庆市是一个地处西部的年轻直辖市,节能降耗工作开展处于全国中等水平,重庆市的建筑节能工作起步较早,但是实际推广力度不是很大绝大多数建筑都没有采取节能设计,或者虽然做了节能设计,但是在实施过程中都存在不同程度的“缩水”.,没有能完全达到国家相关要求。
The Causes and Purpose of Energy Consumption Survey Chongqing Municipality is a municipality directly under the Central Government that is located in the west of China. The work on energy conservation and consumption reduction has been carried out at a medium level in the country. The building energy saving work in Chongqing Municipality started earlier but the actual promotion is not so great. No energy-saving design or energy-saving design, but in the implementation process there are varying degrees of “shrinkage”, did not fully meet the relevant state requirements.
