背景提示:深圳经济特区作为我国改革前沿,其产品的高科技含量及较强的市场竞争意识使深圳参展团在历届哈洽会上硕果累累。“深圳”亦看准哈洽会这个东北亚经济贸易的窗口,找准市场,扩大合作。本次哈洽会期间,广东———黑龙江经贸合作洽谈会在哈尔滨召开,进一步奠定了广东、黑龙江两省经贸合作的基础。以“联手开拓沿边地区市场,大力开拓周边国家市场”为口号的粤黑经济合作战略性伙伴关系的建立,成为一股强劲的动力,使深圳参展团在本次哈洽会上独显特色。哈洽会帷幕一拉开,深圳参展团就展开了一系列宣传活动,大树“深圳经济特区”品牌,记者在会场采访了本届参展团团长,深圳市经济发展局副局长申庆三先生。申先生充满自信,儒雅睿智的气质及干练的作派显示了一个深圳人的风度。在这次简短的采访中,记者从申先生的对话中感受到深圳人的精明;感受到了深圳人对市场需求的灵敏反应,对市场的准确预测。这是一种迅速的反应,精确地把握。这就是“深圳速度”在经贸活动中的体现。
