After the tomb of Zeng Houyi was discovered in 1978, Suigu Dun became a well-known city. In 1981, the Planning and Design Institute of Hubei Province started the planning of the new Suizhou City. The time has only passed five years. “Planning” has already been written for three times, showing its rapid development.
