背景：ＩＤＣ最新调查中说，由于政治中心的特殊地位，北京已成为外国公司进入中国市场的第一站。但与上海相比，近几年北京在全国ＩＴ市场所占份额有所下滑。因为许多在北京建立总部的企业纷纷把扩张的重点转向上海。上海市政府已经为外国公司提供了许多优惠政策吸引投资，包括税收政策。上海正在大力吸引国际和国内企业到上海落户，这意味着对ＩＴ产品的需求的快速增长。调查结果表明：上海将成为中国ＩＴ业领军市场！
Background: According to the latest IDC survey, Beijing has become the first stop for foreign companies to enter the Chinese market due to their special political status. However, compared with Shanghai, Beijing’s share in the national IT market has declined in recent years. Because many of the companies that set up their headquarters in Beijing have shifted their focus of expansion to Shanghai. The Shanghai municipal government has provided foreign companies with many preferential policies to attract investment, including taxation. Shanghai is aggressively attracting international and domestic companies to settle in Shanghai, which means the demand for IT products is growing rapidly. Survey results show that: Shanghai will become China’s leading IT market!
