9.54nmol / L77 cycle. According to the ratio of P / E2, the mice were divided into 2 groups: 219 cases were injected P / E2 on HCG day, 81 cases were on P / E2≥1. The results were grouped according to the P level. The pregnancy rate in group 3 (27.2%) was significantly lower than that in the other 2 groups (52.6% in group 1 and 45.6% in group 2), P <0.05. Pregnancy rate (49.8%) in P / E2 <1 group was higher than that in P / E2≥1 group (28.4%), P <0.05. Conclusions The serum P level and P / E2 ratio on the day of HCG injection in IVF-ET treatment affect the pregnancy outcome, which is a good indicator to predict the pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.
