测定了23例原发肾病综合征的血液流变学,结果表明:肾病综合征患儿具有高粘血综合征,它的全血粘度、血浆拈度与血清胆固醇呈正相关。揭示应用低分子右旋糖酐及复方丹参注射液可有效地降低血液粘度,增加肾血流量,改善肾脏功能。
The hemorheology of 23 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome was determined. The results showed that children with nephrotic syndrome had hyperviscosity syndrome, and the whole blood viscosity and plasma levels were positively correlated with serum cholesterol. Reveal the application of low molecular weight dextran and compound Danshen injection can effectively reduce blood viscosity, increase renal blood flow and improve renal function.
