本文研究了生甘草、蜜炙甘草和清炒甘草煎液以及分别与白芍组成的芍药甘草汤煎液对家兔离体回肠活动的抑制作用和抗乙酰胆碱作用。实验表明,后二者与前者的作用性质相似,作用强度也无显著差异。可为进一步研究甘草的炮制提供参考。
This paper studied the inhibitory effect of sangcao, candied licorice and licorice decoction, and the decoction of peony and licorice decoction combined with Angelica sinensis on the ileum activity of rabbits and the effect of anti-acetylcholine. Experiments show that the latter two are similar in behavior to the former and there is no significant difference in the strength of action. Can provide a reference for further study of licorice processing.
