日前,刘淑莹副省长在全省科技工作会议上讲话,要求广大科技工作者勤奋工作,与时俱进,不断开拓创新。摘要如下:一、统筹兼顾,突出重点,抓好科技项目的组织实施工作2001年是我国“十五”计划的开局之年,全省科技战线认真贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,全面部署和组织启动科技攻关计划,深化科技体制改革,各项工作进展较快,取得了一定成绩。我代表省政府向辛勤工作在科技管理战线的同志们表示感谢和慰问。今年是本届政府的最后一年,我们既要完成本届政府的科技工作目标,又要为下一届政府的科技工作打下一个良好的基础。按照全国科技会议精神和我省经济工作会议要求,我认为要重点在以下五个方面积极工作:

Making Overall Plans and Taking Stress, Emphasizing the Key Points and Doing a Good Job in the Organization and Implementation of Scientific and Technological Projects In 2001, the first year of China's “15th Five-Year Plan”, the province's scientific and technological front conscientiously implemented the important thought of Three Represents , Comprehensively deployed and organized the launch of scientific and technological tackle plans, deepened the reform of science and technology system, and made rapid progress in various fields with some achievements. On behalf of the provincial government, I would like to express my gratitude and condolences to all those comrades who have worked hard in the management of science and technology. This year marks the final year of this administration. We must not only accomplish the goal of science and technology work of this year's government, but also lay a good foundation for the next government's scientific and technological work. In accordance with the spirit of the National Conference on Science and Technology and the requirements of the provincial economic work conference, I think we should focus on the following five aspects:
