本文报告了青岛染料厂技校生产的氯丁胶粘合剂的毒性。此粘合剂主要成分为氯丁橡胶、酚醛树脂、苯及辅料,其中苯含量为70～80％。急性毒性试验小鼠经口LD_(50)为2788mg/kg;小鼠剂量递增法蓄积系数>5,属轻度蓄积。以1/15～1/3LD_(50)剂量连续灌胃两天,各剂量组均可使小鼠骨髓嗜多
