今年,我省将全面启动中小学班主任培训工作。为引领广大班主任积极开展以回顾反思为主的叙事研究,发现新问题,研究新策略,积累新经验,从而实现班主任的专业发展,我们从2006年河北省“中小学班主任优秀工作案例”征文及平时有关班主任工作的来稿中选择部分作品,按“班级管理”、“个别教育”、“主题班会”、“家校沟通”、“处理课堂偶发事件”五个类别刊出。这些文章是我省优秀班主任的匠心之作,是他们在班主任工作实践中认真总结,又经过思考、升华的成功方法与策略,希望能对广大班主任老师有所帮助。
This year, our province will fully launch training for primary and secondary school teacher. These articles are the ingenuity of the excellent headteachers of our province. They are the success methods and strategies that they conscientiously summed up in the class teacher’s work practice, and they have thoughts and sublimated. They hope that they can help the class teacher.
