山东科技大学和兖州矿业(集团)公司机械制修厂对变频调速技术在矿山牵引电机车上的应用情况进行了研究。还要适应负荷上下坡和颠簸路况等情况,因此要求电动机启动转矩大、过载能力强。另外,调速系统不但需要能够Ⅳ象限运行,还需要能够再生制动到低速。这样,当负载转矩增大的时候,转速就能够迅速下降,而电动机的输出功率基本不变,从而使得电动机不容易因负载增大而引起过载。反之,当负载变小的时候,电动机的转速能够自然上升,以利于提高生产效率。此
