学校德育环境是指学校内部对学生的思想品德的形成和发展产生影响、发生作用的一切客观因素的总和,具体说来包括学校校园环境、教职工队伍、教学内容、管理制度、校园文化、学风教风等诸多因素构成的境况。高职院校如何在和谐社会的视野中构建和谐的德育环境,应重点抓好学校的德育知识环境、制度管理环境、校园文化环境等三个方面的建设。
