本文以美、日企业为例，介绍了实施ＣＩＭ的步骤与方法，并结合我国国情提出了广大企业应以ＣＩＭ为方向，做好五项基础工作的建议。
This article takes the United States and Japan as examples, introduces the steps and methods for implementing CIM, and puts forward the suggestions that the majority of companies should take CIM as the direction and do five basic tasks in light of China’s national conditions.
