药品是关系着人类生命健康的特殊商品,药品服务与管理是关系民生的重要行业。现在,人们的健康观念和法律认识普遍提高,越来越多的人对药物开始要求使用知情权和选择权,这也就是对药品服务及管理这一个行业,提出了更高的要求。药品服务及管理行业不再是一种简单地对药品进行普通调配、使用,而是为患者提供一个直接的、而且是有责任的药事服务技术。药品服务与管理这个专业,如果能达到优良的服务,就能通过某些途径直接降低那些因为使用药物不正确或者不合理造成的不必要或不好的后果,减少使用过程中不必要的损失以及资源的浪费,为医院和药店带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。
