同志们:在“遏制水泥新增产能,加快第二代新型干法水泥技术装备研发万里行”的启动仪式之后,今天在长春正式开始“万里行”第一站。这次活动得到了吉林省政府和有关部门的大力支持,今天吉林省工信厅、发改委、质量监督局的领导同志都到会了。也得到了吉林省建材工业协会、亚泰集团、北方水泥的支持,这是启动这项工作的基础。活动要有人参加,有人知道,最后才能有行动。所以,“万里行”活动无论是到哪一站,组织工作是第一位的。会开得稀稀拉拉,“万里行”还干什么?深入不了人心,形不成推动工作,搞不好就是形式主义。第一站的组织工作,做得还是比较认真的,大家也都踊跃参加会议。
