公路交通业走产融结合的发展道路,不仅有利于优化国家金融政策发挥宏观调控的效果,而且有利于公路交通业资本的快速流动,从而提升资本配置效率。但是与此同时,公路交通业产融结合也会面临诸多风险,如不加以防范和控制势必导致企业经营失败,甚至会引发整个经济体系的危机。基于此点,本文对公路交通业产融结合的主要风险及防范对策进行浅析。
The combination of development with production and financing of the road transport industry will not only help to optimize the effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation and control of national financial policies but also facilitate the rapid flow of capital in the road transport industry so as to enhance the efficiency of capital allocation. However, at the same time, the integration of industry and finance in road transport industry will also face many risks. For example, failure to guard against and control will inevitably lead to the failure of business operations and may even trigger a crisis in the entire economy. Based on this point, this article analyzes the main risks and countermeasures of the combination of industry and finance in the road transport industry.
