2002年电力系统实行“主辅分离”、“主多分离”改革后,原来的电力多经企业被剥离并推向市场,剩下的则被归并到新的电力集体企业。近年来,随着国家电网“三集五大”战略方针的提出和电力资源配置市场化改革呼声的高涨,电力系统改革再次被提上议事日程。这种新的经营环境和竞争形势使得电力集体企业的政工工作面临挑战和考验。本文将就此进行探讨和分析,并试图给出相关建议。
