十八届四中全会召开前夕,资本市场期盼已久的退市制度正式推出。貔貅在中国被人们尊为瑞兽,许多为商者都希望自己的财富只进不出。一般从事外汇买卖、股票经营、金融投资等行业的人尤其喜欢佩带貔貅。但是,由于缺乏退市制度,A股市场被人比喻为只吃不拉的\\\"貔貅\\\"。现在证监会已经认识到了退市制度的重要性,自今年初IPO重启之后,几经酝酿,新版的退市制度近期终于正式落地。2014年10月17日,证监会正式发布《关于改革完善并严格实施上市公司退市制度的若干意见》,自发布之日起30日后生效。

On October 17, 2014, the CSRC formally released \"Several Opinions on Reforming, Perfecting and Strictly Enforcing the Delisting System of Listed Companies\", which took effect after 30 days from the date of issuance.
