目的调查了解成都市公立医院退休医生再就业意愿,并分析其影响因素,为解决“看病难、看病贵”问题提供参考。方法采用自制结构式问卷对成都市7所公立医院的549名退休医生进行调查;对所得数据应用Logistic回归模型进行统计分析,并结合关键人物访谈法,对退休医生再就业影响因素进行探讨。结果被调查的549名退休医生中,愿意再就业的比例为42.60%。2007年至2011年7所公立医院院内返聘退休医生占该年退休医生总数比例分别为6.69%、6.84%、7.68%、7.41%、9.21%;院外聘用退休医生占该年退休医生总数的比例分别为3.86%、3.71%、4.11%、4.09%、3.15%。多因素逐步Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响退休医生再就业的因素为性别、年龄、婚姻状况、健康状况、退休前技术职务、退休前月平均收入。结论成都市公立医院退休医生愿意选择再就业率较高并受到多重因素影响,开发公立医院退休卫生人力资源空间较大。
Objective To investigate the willingness of retired doctors to re-employ in public hospitals in Chengdu and to analyze the influencing factors so as to provide a reference for solving the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive doctor”. Methods A self-made structured questionnaire was used to investigate 549 retired doctors from 7 public hospitals in Chengdu. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Key factors of interviews were also conducted to explore the influencing factors of re-employment of retired doctors. Results Among the 549 retired doctors surveyed, 42.60% of them are willing to work again. From 2007 to 2011, the proportion of retired doctors returning to hospital in the public hospitals accounted for 6.69%, 6.84%, 7.68%, 7.41% and 9.21% of the total number of retired doctors in that year respectively. The proportion of retired doctors employed outside the hospital to the total number of retired doctors in that year 3.86%, 3.71%, 4.11%, 4.09%, 3.15%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the reemployment of retired doctors were gender, age, marital status, health status, pre-retirement technical positions and the average monthly income before retirement. Conclusion Retired doctors in Chengdu public hospitals are willing to choose re-employment rate is high and subject to multiple factors, the development of public hospitals retired health human resources more space.
