针对中国公路养护管理系统存在的问题,进一步促进养护管理信息化和空间可视化水平,更好地满足公路管理部门的应用需求,运用ArcGIS Server、SQL Server数据库、ArcSDE、WebGIS等技术,设计并试验了一种基于ArcGIS Server的WebGIS路面养护系统,该系统以直观的地图形式展现养护管理数据,实现公路养护空间数据的统一、高效管理,解决了数据异地共享的问题,为公路数据组织和管理提供一种有效的解决方案,同时为道路养护系统提供数据支持。最后以重庆市巴南区公路养护管理数据为例进行了试验。
