超超临界汽轮机的工作蒸汽温度达到600℃、蒸汽压力达到30 MPa。在这种工作环境下,汽轮机转子性能要求极高。首先介绍了高压转子生产工艺流程,然后重点阐述了制造工艺控制技术。采用ESR(电渣重熔)法来冶炼、WHF(宽砧强力压下)法锻造,并制定出锻后热处理和性能热处理工艺,最后通过取样及性能校验,验证了方法的可行性,为超超临界汽轮机转子的国产化生产提供可靠依据。
Ultra-supercritical steam turbine working steam temperature reached 600 ℃, steam pressure reached 30 MPa. In this work environment, the turbine rotor performance requirements are extremely high. First introduced the high-pressure rotor production process, and then focused on the manufacturing process control technology. ESR (Electroslag Remelting) method for smelting, WHF (wide anvil forging) method forging, and to develop forging heat treatment and performance of heat treatment process, and finally by sampling and performance verification, the feasibility of the method to verify that the Ultra-supercritical steam turbine rotor production to provide a reliable basis.
