唐代墓室壁画出土数量多,绘制精良,而仕女画题材的壁画占有相当重的分量,艺术成就也很高。本文论述了唐代墓室仕女画的一般概貌,并从性质功用角度分析了唐墓仕女画三个类别:一类是飞天等神瑞化的图像,第二类是独立成幅的主题性仕女屏风画,第三类是体现墓主人奢华富丽生活的侍女、伎乐、舞女、宫女、女官、贵妇等仕女画。
