组成黄连(姜汁炒)180g,吴茱萸30g。用法将上药共研为细末,水泛为丸,每服1.5～3g,开水吞服。亦作汤剂,水煎服。用量参照原方酌定。功效清泻肝火,降逆止呕。主治肝经火旺。症见左胁作痛,脘痞吞酸,呕吐泛恶,口苦舌红,脉象弦数。方解本方证是由肝失条达,郁而化火;胃失和降,逆而上冲所致。肝经自病,则为两胁疼痛,如犯胃则嘈杂吞酸、口苦、呕吐、脘痞嗳气等。《素问·至真要大论》
