漏磁内穿式技术常应用于在役油/气输送管道的内壁缺陷检测,对小径无缝换热器管检测鲜有应用。通过试验对漏磁内穿式技术应用于铁磁性材质无缝换热器管在役检测的可行性进行了试验验证,并指出影响检测灵敏度的因素。
Magnetic flux leakage technology is often used in in-service oil / gas pipeline wall defects detection, detection of small diameter seamless heat pipe rarely applied. Through the experiment, the feasibility of applying magnetic leakage penetrating technology to the in-service testing of the ferromagnetic seamless heat exchanger tubes was tested and the factors affecting the sensitivity of the test were pointed out.
