作为我国第一大粮食作物,水稻一直在我国尤其是南方和东北地区的食物结构中占有重要地位。随着生活水平的提高,人们对稻米的需求不仅仅是吃饱,而且更注意稻米的品质,重视米质、营养、食味和有害物质残留问题,追求绿色食品。因此,创新和发展水稻栽培技术,使之实现优质高产,是现阶段水稻种植的共同目标。
As the largest food crop in China, rice has always occupied an important position in the food structure of our country, especially in the south and northeast regions. With the improvement of living standards, people’s demand for rice is not only full, but also pays more attention to the quality of rice. It pays attention to the problems of rice quality, nutrition, taste and harmful residues, and pursues green food. Therefore, innovation and development of rice cultivation techniques to achieve high quality and high yield are the common goals of rice cultivation at this stage.
