以靖惠管线为例,对输油管线泄漏检测系统的检测和定位原理进行研究并经过对其的深入探讨提出了一些优化措施。首先,通过研究发现影响负压波定位准确与否的两个关键问题并对其提出了相应的解决办法。然后又结合舒霍夫温降公式和哈利维尔水击波传播速度公式推导出了热油管线泄漏点的解析解。最后利用GPS时钟校时系统对检测系统进行授时,使得对系统时间的及时校正得以实现。经过实例计算,发现GPS授时模块大大提高了泄漏点的定位精度,明显的克制了打眼盗油事故的发生,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Taking Jinghui pipeline as an example, the paper studies the detection and positioning principle of oil pipeline leak detection system and puts forward some optimization measures through its in-depth discussion. First, we found two key problems that affect the accuracy of negative pressure wave positioning and put forward corresponding solutions. Then, an analytical solution of the hot oil pipeline leakage point is deduced according to the Schuhoff temperature drop formula and the Harleville water shock wave propagation velocity formula. Finally, the use of GPS clock timing system to test the timing system, making timely correction of system time to be achieved. After an example calculation, it is found that the GPS timing module greatly improves the positioning accuracy of the leakage point and significantly restrains the occurrence of a bicycle accident, which has obvious social and economic benefits.
