一、降雨和洪水1981年总的特点是西涝东旱。6月份,江淮、江南雨水偏少,梅雨不明显,月降水量比常年偏少3～6成。6月上旬末,山东大部、苏皖北部、豫中豫南等地有降雨过程,旱情得到解除或缓和。7月份,有10余次暴雨过程,其中强度大,造成较大灾害的有3次。6月末至7月初,广东省沿海受西南季风与高空槽影响降大暴雨,暴雨中心在湛江市东部与广州市郊之间,恩平县良西水库
