这次会议开得很好,刚才宝银同志为会议做了很好的总结,总结的提纲我也参加了研究,所以总的精神和意见,我都同意。请同志们认真研究落实。现再补充几点意见。一、近两年多来,全国非金属矿工业呈现的好形势,从上面来讲是国家重视,列入了议程和排上位置,有了正确的指导思想和方针目标。从各地来看,地方省委、政府重视,切实加强了领导,从各自实际出发,制定了有利于非矿发展的政策。要巩固和发展这种好形势,必须注意这一条基本的经验。请各地建材局、非金属矿分公司今后还要主动争取地方政府的领导、支持,自己也要在与困难作斗争中发奋上去。
