The article introduces the achievements of the teaching resources construction since the founding of CCTV and the progress of the current teaching resources construction. It analyzes the characteristics, methods and steps of the teaching resources construction of TV University. It is clarified that we must make reasonable use of resources and provide thoughtful resources and services to improve the construction of teaching resources, and make a comprehensive analysis of the problems in the construction of teaching resources.
