本文介绍了旨在研究分析不同退火温度和退火时间条件下降低焊接内应力的情况。根据齐纳-韦特-阿夫拉米(Zener-Wert-Avramie)关系式评定结果能够确定作为降低焊接内应力基础的结构力学变化过程。求得的活化能符合α铁自扩散值,以此得出焊接内应力的降低是由控制体积扩散的位错蠕变而引起的结论。此外,本文也指出,在同一退火温度下,焊缝中因喷丸处理引起的压应力降低幅度比受焊接影响的、在喷丸状态下由位错密度较大而引起的拉应力的降低幅度更大。
This article describes the study to analyze the different annealing temperature and annealing time to reduce the welding stress conditions. Based on the Zener-Wert-Avramie correlation evaluation results, the structural mechanics changes as the basis for reducing the internal stress of welding can be confirmed. The obtained activation energy is in line with the α-iron self-diffusion value, which indicates that the reduction of internal stress in the weld is caused by the controlled dislocation creep of volume diffusion. In addition, this paper also points out that at the same annealing temperature, the decrease of compressive stress caused by shot peening in the weld is lower than the decrease of tensile stress caused by the larger dislocation density in shot peening Bigger
