Through the statistics and analysis of the situation of the 10 th World Women Basketball Championships, the paper discusses the technical factor, physiological factors and psychological factors that affect the hit rate of the free throws. It points out that in the modern basketball games, the free throw rate is the key to decide the outcome of the match.
