价格听证制度作为一种舶来品,在当下的我国正遭受严重的信任危机。只有从立法和实践两个层面深入分析其缺陷和不足,并努力完善制度设计、规范操作程序,价格听证才能真正迸发出生机,重新获得广大群众的信赖。
As a imported product, the price hearing system in our country is suffering from a serious crisis of confidence. Only by thoroughly analyzing its defects and deficiencies from both the legislative and the practical aspects and trying hard to improve the system design and standard operating procedures can the price hearing really burst into exuberance and regain the trust of the masses.
