单证检验是海关的一项业务基础工作,也是为调查办案取证提供科学依据的技术手段。近两年,社会上少数不法分子为牟取暴利,利用伪造海关业务单证、印章、假冒海关人员签名等手段进行走私的活动日益猖獗,海关个别业务现场也存在审单不严的漏洞,针对这种情况,拱北海关积极采取措施,强化海关防伪工作,做好对进出口货物单证、印章的真实性、有效性的检验和鉴别,进一步严密进出口监控,1993年以来,经鉴定发现和查获的“三假”案件43宗,涉及货物价值2.6亿元。查获的主要商品有空调机、显像管、钢材、胶合板、摩托车、白板纸等。海关打假防伪工作收到了良好效果,其主要做法有:
Documents inspection is a basic business of the customs work, but also to provide scientific evidence for investigating the evidence provided by the technical means.
