目的探讨LEEP配合复方莪术油栓治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床应用价值。方法将重度宫颈糜烂患者110例随机分为治疗组56例,采用LEEP治疗,对照组54例采用微波治疗,两组患者术前及术后均接受复方莪术油栓阴道上药,术后4周、8周随访,观察创面愈合情况。结果LEEP组一次治愈53例,治愈率94.64%,微波组一次治愈38例,治愈率70%,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。LEEP组术后病理发现宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINI)2例,避免了癌前病变的漏诊。结论LEEP配合复方莪术油栓治疗宫颈重度糜烂,操作简单,一次治愈率高,且可获得治疗与诊断双重功效,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of LEEP combined with compound zedoary turmeric oil suppository in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods One hundred and ten patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group (56 cases) treated with LEEP and control group (54 cases) treated with microwave. Patients in both groups received compound zedoary on vaginal medication before and after operation for 4 weeks , 8 weeks follow-up, observe wound healing. Results In the LEEP group, 53 cases were cured at one time, the cure rate was 94.64%. In the microwave group, 38 cases were cured at one time, the cure rate was 70%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). LEEP group pathological findings of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINI) in 2 cases, to avoid the misdiagnosis of precancerous lesions. Conclusion LEEP combined with Curcuma oil suppository for the treatment of severe cervical erosion, simple operation, a high cure rate, and can be doubled the efficacy of treatment and diagnosis, worthy of clinical promotion.
