１９９６－１９９９年对涕灭威等７种化学药剂和生物杀线灵等２种生物药剂进行了烟草根结线虫病的防治试验，结果表明，化学药剂以 ５％涕灭威防效较好，可以进行生产应用。生物药剂以云南大学研制的生物杀线灵效果较好，可以进一步进行生产示范推广。
