安全用药一直以来都是社会广泛关注的重点,也是近年来医学研究发展的重点课题之一。按照要求,高危药品应该设置统一的警示标志,并严格按照临床使用规范进行管理,以保障药品质量,帮助患者实现用药安全的基本目标。但是从临床实践来看,高危药品管理中还存在着各种各样的问题,这不仅影响了药品的质量,还给患者的治疗过程埋下了安全隐患,危害极大。为此,本文从实际情况出发,分析了现如今常见的高危药品管理问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,希望能够为医院的正常运营提供一些理论参考。
Safe medication has always been the focus of widespread concern in the society and one of the key topics in the development of medical research in recent years. In accordance with the requirements, high-risk drugs should be set uniform warning signs, and strictly in accordance with the norms of clinical management to protect the quality of drugs to help patients achieve the basic goal of drug safety. However, judging from clinical practice, there are still various problems in the management of high-risk drugs, which not only affect the quality of medicines, but also lay hidden safety hazards in the course of treatment of patients, which are extremely harmful. Therefore, based on the actual situation, this article analyzes the common high-risk drug management problems nowadays and puts forward corresponding improvement measures, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the normal operation of the hospital.
