基于交互记忆系统视角,对团队成员的不同类型经验及其分布与团队绩效间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,团队成员通过交互记忆系统来吸收、转化已有经验,成员共享经验及其平均分布水平能够促进交互记忆系统的形成与发展。而趋于平均分布的成员自身经验对交互记忆系统有阻碍作用。交互记忆系统水平与团队绩效有显著的正向关系,并受到团队信任的调节作用。
Based on the interactive memory system perspective, this paper empirically studies the different types of team members’ experiences and the relationship between their distribution and team performance. The results show that team members through the interactive memory system to absorb and transform the existing experience, member sharing experience and its average distribution level can promote the formation and development of interactive memory system. However, the members’ own experiences that tend to be evenly distributed have an impediment to the interactive memory system. There is a significant positive relationship between the level of interactive memory system and team performance and the adjustment of team trust.
