普通高校音乐素质教育以普及性为基础,宗旨是面向全体学生进行教育。普通高校开展音乐素质教育,要处理好课程教育与课外活动两者的关系。课程教育是普通高校开展音乐素质教育的核心。普通高校开展课外活动应该遵循普及性,不应该盲目追求高水平,应该与专业音乐院校的教育相区别。高职音乐教育必须面对现实,明确教育目标,结合生源特点,培养出合格的音乐师资,促进音乐教育事业发展。两者宗旨不同,那么在教育对象与教育方法等方面就有所不同,但两者作为音乐艺术教育在素质教育中的作用是一样的。
The quality of music education in colleges and universities is based on universality. Its purpose is to educate all students. To carry out the quality education of music in colleges and universities, we must handle the relationship between curriculum education and extracurricular activities. Curriculum education is the core of the quality education of ordinary colleges and universities. Ordinary colleges and universities to carry out extra-curricular activities should follow the popularity, should not blindly pursue a high level, should be distinguished from the education of professional music colleges. Higher vocational music education must face the reality, make clear the education goal, combine the characteristics of students, cultivate qualified music teachers and promote the development of music education. The two purposes are different, then the object of education and education methods are different, but the two as music and art education in quality education is the same role.
