随着我国由计划经济向市场经济的转变,企业传统的管理模式、人际关系、利益分配等诸多方面都不同程度地发生了重大变化,同时也给企业思想政治工作带来了新的课题,而在我国分布面广、职工素质相对较低的乡镇企业中表现得尤为突出。如何适应市场经济的要求,做好乡镇企业职工的思想政治工作,成为摆在企业面前的一道严峻课题。多年来,通过与乡镇企业职工打交道,笔者摸索出一些规律,认为要想做好思想政
