近年来,随着市场经济体制的逐渐完善,现代企业迸发出新的活力,迎来了新的发展机遇。新时期的企业政工工作也取得了一定的发展成果。竞争日益激烈的今天,在搞好经济建设的同时,更不应忽视企业的政工工作。目前,我国正处于回眸十一五展望十二五的新时期,企业能否做好政工工作,将决定企业未来发展命运。基于此,本文就新时期如何加强企业政工工作的相关事宜进行探讨,旨在与同行交流,但愿能给同行的政工工作有所裨益。
In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the market economy system, modern enterprises have burst into new vitality and ushered in new opportunities for development. The work of political work in the new era has also made some achievements in development. Today, with increasingly fierce competition, while doing a good job in economic construction, we should not neglect the political work of enterprises. At present, our country is now reviewing the new period of the 12th five-year plan for the 11th five-year plan. Whether enterprises can do a good job in political work will determine the future development of the enterprise.
