为了验证宝钢高炉数模组提出的“喷煤条件下高炉炉况控制数学模型”的适用性,1984年6月该组与梅山工程指挥部及马鞍山钢院毕业实习队师生一起,在容积为1060米~3的梅山2号高炉上进行了利用炉热指数T预测铁水含硅量和铁水温度的在线(?)环试验。试验时使用的APPLE—Ⅱ微机系统由内存64K的主机、5″软盘驱动器、12″显示器和80列打印机组成。信息主要靠键盘输入。经对29炉次铁水的预测,获得命中率见表:
