国家发展改革委发布《关于2013年深化经济体制改革重点工作的意见》,提出要健全鼓励社会资本投资城乡基础设施、公共服务项目的政策和相关机制,加快教育文化、医药卫生等社会事业各项改革。对于绍兴学前教育事业,尤其是绍兴城区民办幼儿园的发展而言,又是一次十分难得的机遇。绍兴市民办幼儿园占据半壁江山,在于我国学前教育尚未纳入义务教育的大背景下,大力支持和发展民办学前教育仍是当前各级政府重要的工作职责。
The National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the Opinions on Deepening the Key Work of Economic Restructuring in 2013 and proposed that the policies and related mechanisms for encouraging social capital to invest in urban and rural infrastructure and public service projects should be perfected and all social undertakings such as education, culture and medical and health care should be speeded up reform. For Shaoxing pre-school education, especially the development of private kindergartens in Shaoxing City, it is a very rare opportunity. Shaoxing private kindergartens occupy half of the country, because pre-primary education in our country has not yet been included in the compulsory education against the backdrop of strong support and development of private preschool education is still an important job duties of government at all levels.
