目前高速工具钢仍然是应用最广泛的一种工具材料。按照惯例高速工具钢是不能精密车削的,主要原因是因为高速工具钢的硬度极高。正常工艺都是采用磨削加工。近年来笔者从事高速工具钢的车削研究,采用振动脉冲车削法,以硬质合金刀头(YT15或YT5或YA6)对高速工具钢进行精密车削,取得了较理想的车削效果。本文将介绍振动脉冲车削法的车削机理、车削装置和车削试验,并解析其车削功能。
High-speed tool steel is still the most widely used as a tool material. According to the conventional high-speed tool steel can not be precision turning, mainly due to the high hardness of high-speed tool steel. The normal process is the use of grinding. In recent years, I engaged in high-speed tool steel turning research, the use of vibration pulse turning method to carbide cutting head (YT15 or YT5 or YA6) for high-speed tool steel precision turning, and achieved a more ideal turning effect. This article will introduce the turning mechanism, turning device and turning test of vibration pulse turning method, and analyze the turning function.
