职业生涯规划是组织和个人在职业发展中夯实基础不断提升和发展的活动过程。 在实现组织战略发展目标的同时， 需要切实可行且行之有效的职业生涯规划与管理相配合。 本文通过Ｚ 学院在改进教师职业生涯规划与管理工作中的一系列实践探索， 阐释了职业生涯规划与管理的重要作用。
Career planning is the organizational process and personal activities in the professional development to lay a solid foundation for continuous improvement and development. In achieving the strategic development goals of the organization, it requires a combination of practical and effective career planning and management. This article explains the important role of career planning and management through a series of practice and exploration of Z College in improving teacher career planning and management.
