中师函授是提高小学师资的重要途径,改革中函语文教学,是当前函授教学中一个重要的研究课题。中师函授教学的目的是培养合格的小学教师。以“自学为主、面授为辅”是函授教学的特点。因此,中函语文教学,无论是教学内容或教学方法,都必须遵循函授的基本规律和中函培养目标进行教学。从几年来的教学实践体会到,必须从培养学员的自学能力入手,结合学员实际,采取最优化的教学方法,使学员获得扎实的语文能力。只有这样,才能完成中师函授的教学任务。一、改革单纯以传授知识为主要目的,为以培养能力为主要目标中函语文教学的培养目标重在培养能
The correspondence of middle school teachers is an important way to improve primary school teachers.
